The product I found is Motts organic apple sauce. It does have an ethical food label. However, does that means it’s healthy for you. For this product I would say it relatively healthy. This product is USDA certified to be organic. That means that the product meets enough requirement to consider organic and cannot contain GMO’s. However, the certification by the USDA does not mean that pesticides were not used on the products. The label on this product also has information on potential stems in product as it come from freshly picked and smashed apples. Even through this product is consider organic is it healthy for kids as that’s who mott’s advertises their products for. The answer is yes there are no added sugars and there are no harmful preservatives present.
